Certification tracking built for construction crews

Track every OSHA card, license, and safety certification your crew holds — and get warned before any of them lapse. Never put an uncertified worker on site again.

No credit card required.

On a jobsite, an expired cert is a liability

OSHA fines up to $16,131 per violation

An expired card during an inspection is a citation waiting to happen — and willful or repeat violations run far higher. Staying ahead of renewals is the cheapest insurance there is.

Failed audits stop the job

GCs and safety managers pull compliance docs before crews mobilize. A lapsed cert can keep your people off the site and your invoices unpaid.

The spreadsheet always fails at the worst time

A shared Excel file never warns anyone. By the time someone notices a forklift cert expired three weeks ago, the operator's already been running the machine.

Every card your crew carries, in one place

If it expires, CertLedge tracks it. A few of the certifications construction teams manage:

  • OSHA 10-Hour & OSHA 30-Hour
  • Fall Protection / Competent Person
  • Scaffold & Aerial Lift
  • Forklift / Powered Industrial Truck
  • HAZWOPER
  • Confined Space Entry
  • First Aid / CPR / AED
  • Crane Operator (NCCCO)
  • Rigging & Signaling
  • Welding Certifications
  • Silica & Respirator Fit
  • Flagger / Traffic Control

From glovebox chaos to audit-ready in about ten minutes

1

Add your crew

Enter your workers — laborers, operators, foremen, subs. Just names to start; details whenever you're ready.

2

Log every card

Record each certification's expiry date and snap a photo of the OSHA card or license so the document is never lost in a truck console again.

3

Let the alerts run

CertLedge emails you 90, 30, and 7 days before anything lapses, and the dashboard shows exactly who needs to renew before the next mobilization.

Renewal alerts before a worker is pulled

Automatic emails at 90/30/7 days mean you schedule the OSHA 30 refresh before the card expires — not after the GC flags it.

Audit-ready PDF for GCs, OSHA & insurance

Export a dated, signature-ready compliance report listing every worker and cert status in one click when the inspector or general contractor asks.

Every card on every worker's record

Upload OSHA cards, licenses, and medical clearances (PDF/JPG/PNG) right onto each employee — one source of truth instead of a glovebox full of paper.

Your crew's records, kept private

Worker certifications carry personal details. We protect them the way we'd want ours protected.

Construction certification tracking — FAQ

What construction certifications can I track?
Any certification or license with an expiry date — OSHA 10 and OSHA 30, fall protection and competent-person cards, HAZWOPER, scaffold and aerial-lift, forklift/powered industrial truck, confined space, crane operator (NCCCO), rigging and signaling, welding certs, silica and respirator fit, flagger, CPR/First Aid, and driver's licenses. Certification names are free-form, so anything your crew holds fits.
Can I attach a photo of each OSHA card?
Yes. Upload a PDF, JPG, or PNG (up to 10MB) of each card or license directly onto the worker's record, so the document is one click away during an inspection instead of lost in a truck.
How will I know before a cert expires?
CertLedge emails you 90, 30, and 7 days before any certification expires. Each alert window can be toggled, alerts can route to a safety manager or foreman, and you can optionally CC the worker.
Can I show compliance to a general contractor or OSHA inspector?
Yes — export a dated, signature-ready PDF report listing every worker, their certifications, and current statuses in one click. A full CSV export of your data is also available anytime.
Is there a free trial?
Every account starts with a free 14-day trial with full functionality, no credit card required.
