Common questions
- What happens after the trial?
- Your data stays put. Pick a plan to keep adding employees and receiving alerts — you won't lose anything you've entered.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the billing portal in Settings.
- What counts as an employee?
- Anyone you track certifications for. Certifications themselves are unlimited on every plan.
- Do you need my credit card for the trial?
- No. You only add a payment method when you choose a plan.
